Can you hold a unit for me before I apply?

A cosigner may be requested if an applicant does not meet standard credit, income, or rental history criteria. Cosigners must meet financial qualifications and are required to sign a guarantor agreement. -
How do I apply for a rental property?

How do I pay rent?
Rent can be paid through multiple options, including our secure online tenant portal, direct bank transfers, or by check or money order, depending on the property's payment terms. -
Can I have a pet in the rental property?
Pet policies vary by property. Always review your lease agreement and contact management for approval. Some homes may require an additional pet deposit or monthly pet rent. -
What if I want to move out but my roommate wants to stay?
All leaseholders remain responsible for the lease until its expiration. If one tenant wishes to remain, they may need to qualify independently or identify a replacement tenant, pending management approval. -
How do I notify you that I plan to move out?
Check your lease for the required notice period. Most leases require written notice prior to moving out. Be sure to submit your intent to vacate in writing by the specified deadline. -
Who pays for maintenance and repairs?
Routine maintenance and repair costs are covered by the property management company. However, tenants are responsible for any damage resulting from negligence or misuse. All maintenance requests should be submitted promptly through the designated portal or communication channel.
