Our founders, Hayes Moody and Andrew Zbeeb, brought together their unique strengths as a licensed agent and an investor-turned-maintenance-whiz to flip homes across Georgia. They managed properties with nothing but a leather-bound notebook and a no-nonsense approach. Over time, the work grew. Friends, family, and fellow investors took notice. Before long, people started asking, "Can you manage mine too?" And just like that, DHC became more than a side hustle. It became a company.
