Security Deposit Waiver Program:
We offer a security deposit waiver for qualified applicants. The waiver fee is typically between 5%–8% of the monthly rent and is based on income and credit score. This option is a non-refundable monthly fee and does not replace your responsibility for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
